Helico did a great job. Chris walked me through their process, the benefits of their product, and was able to complete in a timely fashion so that way the build of the deck could happen on time. It is a good feeling knowing that we did our deck right, and will have less issues in the future compared to other footing options.

Helicals are the only way to go for deck and porch footings, and Chris with Helico is the only company I will use. The process is quick, there is no dirt to haul away, and the system is superior to diamond piers and old school concrete footings. To top it off Chris is polite, punctual, professional, and has solid pricing. Highly recommend!

True professionals who understand their craft and it shows. We have had several installs with Helico Piers and not a single issue with code compliance. The best part is I schedule them to install the piers a few days before we start framing so we can be off and running when we arrive at the job site. No waiting for concrete to dry, no messy holes to work around. They do an amazing job protecting the jobsite so you really can't tell they were there.

Chris @ Helico Replaced Some DP 75's with helical piers on a deck I had built just 4 years ago. The deck was lifting up 4'' each winter. I am happy to say my deck has not moved this winter giving me peace of mind.
They take pride in their work! Chris was Responsive, on time, and took care in preserving my existing lawn and patio. This goes a long way as I'm extremely meticulous managing a landscape firm.

Excellent quality and outstanding customer service! Chris has been awesome to work with over the past year, he has installed several deck footings for us and is always on site when he says he will be and gets the job done quick and more importantly he gets it done right! Helico has worked through rain for us and through a blizzard to make sure things were done on schedule. I would recommend them to anyone looking for footing work or foundation repair!

After creating a complete mess in my backyard by starting the traditional concrete footings for my deck project, I unfortunately needed an alternate solution. Because I had never heard of the helical pier type footing before, I didn't know what to expect, or what a typical quote should look like. I called Chris at Helico to get a better understanding, and he was very informative as well as very prompt. I then proceeded to call three other companies to get quotes, one also responded quickly and came in quite a bit higher in price and used a slight less quality product. Another company responded fairly quickly, but required someone to come out to give a quote and wasn't able to even come out for about a month. They came in WAY over priced! The last company didn't respond for about a week, but came in at the lowest price (not by much). Regrettably I decided to go with him, Open Concept. He was horrible at communication, and wasn't able to get the required information to the building inspector of my city, to start the project. Eventually I reached back out to Chris at Helico. Again, very quick response. He got the information needed to the city building inspector, and the project was started and completed before I knew it. I wish I would have went with Chris right from the beginning, instead of trying to save only a couple bucks. I highly recommend Helico over the other companies out there installing helical pier footings.
